“Draco Insulam”

This map depicts a dragon in the shape of an island, that moves through the oceans of the southern hemisphere. This dragon moves slowly, but independently. It goes where it pleases, following it’s heart like a compass. With a surface of approximately one square kilometre, it is large enough to house a small village.
The map is made of acrylic paint and ink on linnen.
